Who We’re Looking For

Roofworx is searching for a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic candidate ready to grow with us as a part of our fast-growing team.

We offer:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site roof inspections, detailed estimates, and educate customers on roofing options while addressing concerns and closing sales.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and find effective solutions.
  • Proactive and organized, able to handle 5-10 leads a day and manage a personal sales pipeline without needing micromanagement.
  • Comfortable using software to gather estimates, track leads, and stay organized.
  • Hungry for success and thriving in a results-driven environment.
  • Passionate about selling high-quality roofing solutions and closing deals quickly.
