Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Drive to and job walk sites to review for hazards
  • Coordinate planning with customers
  • Arrange traffic control when needed
  • Build lift plan packets
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Organize and implement POs, pick plans, and job notes in dispatch program
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations, sales, construction fields
  • Crane and load chart knowledge preferred
  • 3D lift planning skills preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic math skills
