This position is responsible for providing direct support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, tracking expenditures, and performing analysis of Budget vs Actual.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Actual vs Budget reporting for upper management.
• Manage the AXT spending approval process, including leading meetings and tracking spending.
• Maintain sub-ledger and general ledger accounts in AX Dynamics.
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, track them, and make corrections as needed.
• Provide supporting documentation for internal/external auditor requests.
• Conduct Balance Sheet & P&L Analytics.
• Support the month-end close process and maintain schedule.
• Assist management in creating the company Operating Budget and collaborate to maintain budget targets.
• Support the preparation of financial reporting packages (Monthly Financial Consolidated Packages, KPI Reporting, A3).
• Assist with banking and Credit Card reconciliations and monthly balance sheet statements.
• Manage and lead the Accounts Payable process to ensure invoices are accurately coded, payments processed timely, and General Ledger reconciled.
• Assist in creating Manufacturing and Project Profit and Loss statements.
• Help resolve issues in accounts payable and receivable areas.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly financial audits.
• Support the annual and bi-annual physical inventory process.
• Maintain General Ledger Reconciliation.
