Responsibilities

• Greets customers, clients, and visitors. Determines visitor’s name and reason for visit then directs individual to appropriate offices or individuals. May operate telephone switchboard, make appointments, and perform other clerical duties such as sorting and processing mail.
• Ordering paperwork, Microsoft Office and Teams experience, answering phones, accounting background/AP experience preferred.

Requirements

• Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
• US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.
