Position Summary: First point of contact for visitors and provides administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them in a professional manner
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
• Complete reports in Excel and other software
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, etc.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Position Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

No experience required, but 1+ years of experience in an administrative or front office role preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Office environment. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Extensive phone usage. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
