Overview

Honda of Turnersville is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Receptionist to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The base pay range is $15.49/hr - $16.00/hr. Pay for this position is $15.49 - $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Serve as the dealership’s front line and first impression, greeting customers in person and assisting them by phone.
• Professionally and courteously connect customers with the appropriate team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Assist customers and vendors by phone or in person to find the support they’re looking for and route them promptly.
• Capably manage telephone switchboards and enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system as required.
• Support the dealership sales and service team during events, service rush hours, and other onsite needs, often during non-traditional hours.
