Austin, Texas. Four Seasons Hotel Austin offers 286 guest rooms and suites, two dining outlets, a luxury spa, and extensive event space, located downtown by Lady Bird Lake.

What You Will Do

The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests and handles inquiries about treatments, products, services, pricing, and scheduling. You will maximize treatment schedule utilization, anticipate and service guest needs, and be knowledgeable about all available menu options.

What You Bring

• One to two years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be a quick problem solver
• Work authorization in the United States
