Overview

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Caregiver located in Minneapolis, MN. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Additional responsibilities include monitoring clients' health conditions, providing companionship, performing light housekeeping duties, and reporting any changes in clients' health to the care coordinator. The Caregiver will ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients while promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Promote client independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ability to prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Strong observational skills to monitor clients' health conditions
• Effective communication skills to report health changes and provide companionship
• Empathy, patience, and a caring demeanor
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in caregiving is a plus
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is beneficial
