Overview
Affiliate Marketing Manager at T-Mobile. This role focuses on scaling the affiliate program, managing partner relationships, and driving performance marketing initiatives.
Location and Working Arrangement
The position must be located in Bellevue, WA, New York, NY or Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Lead the implementation and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile’s growth goals and customer-first ethos.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their success through consistent communication, troubleshooting, and support.
- Performance Optimization: Use analytics to evaluate partner and campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization to maximize ROI.
- Strategic Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new partnership opportunities and innovate approaches for scaling the affiliate program.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing, Media, and cross-functional teams to align efforts across strategic, creative, and analytical initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop insights-driven reports to communicate results and recommendations to senior partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement tools, technologies, or processes to enhance operational efficiency within the affiliate program.
Education and Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Required)
- Experience: 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience or related performance marketing fields.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Results-Oriented: Track record of driving measurable business outcomes in affiliate or performance-based marketing initiatives.
- Analytical: Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to articulate performance insights and influence partners and team members.
- Adaptability: Creative and resilient under pressure with a commitment to high-quality execution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $78,500 - $141,600
- Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
