Starting pay and shift

Starting Pay Range: $39.91-$42.13 per hour

Available Shift: 3rd shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming and extrusion process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems. Includes basic troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment. Includes maintenance, set-up and PM on automation equipment.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs/maintains all equipment and machinery including trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders.
• Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
• Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Follows all company rules, policies, and safety regulations.
• Performs Maintenance Connection day-to-day duties.
• Be able to work in all areas of production.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of automation technician experience within the manufacturing industry, or related experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprints (mechanical/electrical); welding and fabrication experience a plus
• Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities
• Previous mechanical troubleshooting experience; knowledge of PLCs preferred
• Must have own tools and use them safely and effectively
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime
