Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and supporting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to support growth.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Develop and administer performance review systems.
  • Work with managers to set clear performance goals and ensure ongoing feedback.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee compensation in coordination with finance/payroll departments.
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate with operations and safety teams to support OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience implementing or managing HRIS/payroll systems is a plus.
