Human Resources Coordinator Job at Two's Company in Elmsford

From payroll and benefits to recruitment and employee relations, you’ll keep things running smoothly while helping build a workplace culture that’s positive, connected, and yes fun! What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Partner with the VP of Human Resources & Operations on all things HR: employee relations, policies, and problem-solving.
• Support employees with questions, concerns, and guidance, being that approachable go-to person.
• Manage leaves of absence, short-term disability, FMLA, workers’ comp, OSHA requirements, COBRA, unemployment claims, and PTO.
• Help fuel our recruitment efforts: write job ads, connect with candidates (bring your best smile), schedule interviews, prep offer letters, and onboard new hires.
• Administer benefits enrollments and keep vendor billing in check.
• Own payroll and timesheet administration via Paylocity
• Coordinate employee performance reviews
• Plan and pull off memorable team events, because at Two’s, there’s a reason to celebrate every month.

What Skills We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Confident, upbeat, engaging personality (a true “people person”).
• Paylocity experience? Huge plus.
• Solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus!
• Strong analytical + big-picture thinking.
• HR know-how in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with federal/state laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, unemployment, workers’ comp).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize like a pro, and hit deadlines.
