The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in Starbucks.
• Ability to provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ products.
• Experience with food quality and freshness management.
• Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines.

As a Starbucks Barista, typical responsibilities include:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks’ brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
• Maintain awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Thank guests genuinely and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Work in a safe manner at all times, identifying and correcting hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive-up.
• All other duties based on business needs.
