Arden's Garden is seeking part-time and full-time baristas for our Vinings location! In this role, you will serve guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and enjoy working with diverse people. Prior experience in sales or the food industry is preferred but not required. Successful candidates are great multitaskers with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
• Share nutritional knowledge with customers
• Ensure loss prevention
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising
• Assist with store operations

Qualifications and Skills
