Pay: Fixed pay rate $15.00 per hour. No prior experience is required; training provided.

Note: We are hiring immediately for full time BARISTA positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso drinks and related beverages and food items following standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies; maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Maintains proper food temperatures and presentation; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Keeps equipment, supplies, and workstation clean and organized.
• Assists customers with menu items and answers questions; supports selling techniques to aid buying decisions.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to train.
• Full-time availability; flexibility with days and hours.
