We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our product management team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sourced from third-party providers and integrated into our compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data validation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate incoming data from third-party sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with external data partners (e.g., state agencies, vendors) to troubleshoot integration issues and clarify data requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain data quality / status dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and data pipelines.
• Document and maintain data workflows, quality rules, and integration protocols.
• Assist in the development of internal processes for ongoing data quality monitoring and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or operations analyst role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL (MSSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with data integration tools and concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, compliance) is a plus.
