Business Analyst - Transportation Job at IntePros in Atlanta

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to design and implement scalable reporting platforms, define and track reliable metrics, and build self-service analysis tools that directly influence business decision-making. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven insights for the Relay Product & Tech team, supporting compliance reporting, false negative reporting, and other critical metric dashboards. The ideal candidate is proficient in SQL, dashboard development, and automation scripting, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data across business functions to identify relationships between multiple data sources.
• Provide data-driven insights to uncover opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop scripts to process data in support of business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts.
• Generate composite queries to deep dive on business-related issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track compliance and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data queries, and automation scripting.
• Extensive experience developing dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

• Data Query & Data Pull (advanced).
• Deep Dive Analysis (advanced).
• Dashboard Analysis (intermediate to advanced).
