Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skill and proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques
• Self-managing and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on providing excellent customer service
• Assist other team members when needed and foster positive working relationships with other departments
• Represent the brand positively on all job sites
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control
• Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and company equipment

Qualifications

• Experience with carpet/floor cleaning equipment, tools, and techniques
• Desire to join a world-class team with a positive attitude
• Dedication to customer service by being personable, hardworking, and motivated
• Ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Must have physical strength to operate carpet cleaning tools

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
• Free uniforms
