• Nursery census 1 - 3 patients, plus 0 - 1 pediatric inpatients
• Community hospital with level 1 nursery
• Nursery support staff includes experienced nursing team
• Newborn rounding and c-section attendance
• Procedures include intubation and umbilical line placement
• Optional circumcision procedures available
• 45-minute transfer time to tertiary care center
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
