Physician / Family Practice / Arizona / Locum tenens / Primary Care MD Job

Start date or shifts: October ongoing
Daily schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Practice setting: Primary care clinic
Types of procedures: General primary care, wellness exams, chronic care, acute care, cold cough flu, pain management, urgent care procedures including splinting and suturing
Number of patients: Twenty five to thirty per ten hour shift
Ages: All ages
Requirements: DEA, BLS, minimum six months of experience as MD, full availability for assignment, credentialing timeframe three weeks, EMR Athena (experience not required)
