- EMR: Meditech
- TYPES OF CASES : Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
Requirements:
- FL state license
- Board certified in Anesthesiology
- DEA
- ACLS
- BLS
- Must live a minimum of 75 miles from Fort Walton Beach
- Must not have recently been affiliated to Envision
- Must have full-time availability
