Job Summary

This role will be accountable for leading our business development efforts and successfully growing our business by focusing on NAVWAR and NIWC PAC opportunities, growing our portfolio in Space Force, and developing robust business development strategies aligned to our business priorities. This leader will work closely with West Coast Operations, within our Business Development team and STF leadership. Responsibilities and Duties

Leadership of business development, campaign, and capture activities. Translate market trends into compelling capture strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the Navy domain to drive innovative solutions. Review and evaluate proposal documents and participate in color reviews in preparation for proposal submission. Interact comfortably and effectively with senior strategic customers, decision makers, third party partners, and officers. Drive use of business tools for opportunity management and customer relations. Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of demonstrated success in Navy markets. The ability to establish and maintain a sales pipeline from identification through award. Proven relationships in the federal contracting industry Excellent leadership and communication skills Education Requirements
