Harmonize CI fleets across Linux, macOS, and Windows to drive shared standards, tooling, and observability (KPIs).

Pioneer the integration of AI/ML technologies into CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity and automate complex workflows.

Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, aligning with company-wide objectives and engaging stakeholders.

Improve and maintain existing services while balancing forward-looking work with operational excellence to keep developers productive.

Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and IaC tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Ansible.

Experience managing and scaling Source Control Management systems (GitHub Enterprise or similar) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash.

Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD systems (Buildkite, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and a passion for improving developer workflows.

Interest in applying AI/ML to developer tooling and infrastructure challenges.

Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor engineers, drive consensus, and articulate a clear technical vision.

Pragmatic problem-solving, comfort in ambiguity, and bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
