Supermicro is looking for Sr. Solution Architect - Enterprise to drive deliverables from beginning to end for our Enterprise customers on Supermicro Systems Management Software. In this role, the candidate should be able to understand customer environment and requirements, create architectural designs, identify gaps, manage and drive solutions for our customers. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders. Responsibilities

Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience with Supermicro solutions Develop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, and runbooks Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate for customer needs Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in Server Management technologies in Data Centers, solution architect, product management, software development, Field support teams or related role Experience working with Day1 and Day2 server management operations, Redfish RESTful APIs, Enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, Enterprise security infrastructure like LDAP/AD Experience in architecting end-to-end solutions systems management framework for private cloud-based offerings; Preferred Qualifications Experience working in customer-facing technical roles on software products+ Strong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologies. Salary Range

$150,000 - $175,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
