The Difference You Will Make: The Airbnb Community Support (CS) team is a global business unit that provides support to our Community of millions of guests and hosts who take trips and join experiences around the world every year. Within CS, the Platform and Experience team is responsible for the product and technology that enables an intelligent, scalable and exceptional service experience. A Typical Day
Work closely with crossfunctional partner teams to create comprehensive test plans, testing requirement documents, and strategies to guide the testing process. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product and release quality Identify and implement improvements to the testing process. Develop and refine processes and dashboards for tooling access and tooling account management, vendor spend tracking Lead a small team of UAT testers Your Expertise
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Testing or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use complex datasets for real-time insights and planning. Excellent communication skills to engage, ideate, and collaborate with diverse teams and leadership. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Experience with Google G-Suite (documents, sheets, slides, shared drive) Familiarity with additional project management tools (Asana, Airtable, LucidChart) or other administrative tools (Docusign) a plus Collaborative and community-first user-centric mindset, with experience in cross-functional team projects blending technology, operations, and product ecosystems Experience in operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones Our Commitment To Inclusion & Belonging
