The Company is seeking a General Counsel to take on a pivotal role in leading its global legal and compliance function. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing all legal affairs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team. This senior leadership position requires a combination of legal expertise, compliance oversight, and team management to minimize risk and support business growth. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the legal and compliance department, serving as a strategic advisor on legal, regulatory, and risk matters, and developing and implementing global legal and compliance strategies. The role also involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, overseeing litigation and regulatory investigations, and building systems to identify and mitigate legal, compliance, and reputational risks.
Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should hold a law degree with bar admission and have at least 5 years' of progressive legal experience.
