The Difference You Make: The Associate, Business Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical supporting role in the oversight, governance, and operations of the business PMO. This role partners closely with project managers, program leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure projects across the portfolio are consistently managed, reported, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Associate supports the intake program for new initiatives, contributes to governance processes, and produces high-quality reporting and executive-ready presentations that enable senior leaders to make informed, strategic decisions. and executive communication skills to distill complex program and project activity into clear, actionable insights. By supporting colleagues across the PMO central office, the Associate helps drive structure, accountability, and continuous improvement in how the business executes and communicates project activity. Responsibilities
Supports the central PMO office by contributing to portfolio oversight, reporting, and governance activities. Assists in the coordination and management of the project intake process, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. Prepares and delivers high-quality PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and executive communications for governance forums, business reviews, and leadership updates. Partners with project managers to provide guidance, reporting support, and escalation assistance, promoting adherence to PMO standards and best practices. Monitors portfolio performance and progress, tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies, and escalating issues as appropriate. Contributes to governance activities, including business case reviews, funding processes, and initiative prioritization. Supports cross-functional collaboration between business units and IT by helping document objectives, scope, and dependencies. Identifies and supports opportunities for continuous improvement in PMO processes, tools, and reporting. What You Bring / Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience: Business Administration, English or equivalent field. -
Required. 5+ years of experience in Business or Project Management
required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with proven ability to create executive-ready presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise updates for senior leaders. Experience in portfolio governance, project intake, or enterprise PMO operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. Certifications
