Assist in designing client portfolios and implementing sophisticated investment strategies for ultra high net worth clients. Provide logistical and analytical support to the CEO and Chief Investment Officer, including: coordinating due diligence materials and investment committee memos, tracking alternative investments, capital calls, distributions, and fund updates, assisting with performance reporting and analytics across portfolios, managing document flow and communications with fund managers, custodians, and service providers. Serve as an additional point of communication between clients and the firm. Support internal operations related to portfolio administration and special projects. Family Office & Lifestyle Support

Serve as a liaison between clients, legal, tax, and insurance professionals. Oversight of trust and estate structures in conjunction with legal and tax counsel. Coordinate philanthropic activities, including DAFs, foundations, and board commitments. Handle confidential matters with discretion and a strong understanding of reputational risk. Oversee and coordinate specialized services such as private aircraft rental, ownership evaluation, trip logistics, personal security planning, household staff coordination and vetting, and kidnap & ransom insurance. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UHNW wealth management, multi-family office, or private banking. Deep familiarity with private client services, including insurance, aviation, trusts, and complex financial arrangements. Proven experience working with high-profile or celebrity clients preferred. Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism under pressure. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with investment principles. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFP/CFA preferred. Personal Characteristics
