Overview

Senior Product Designer, Fleets at Lyft. The Fleets team works on fast-growing areas including Autonomous Vehicles, Luxury, Taxis and Vehicle Access Programs, designing for a wide range of users across mobile and web platforms and partnering with multiple teams to power critical parts of the Lyft ecosystem. This role leads the Fleet Management product and supports Lyft’s international expansion. As a Senior Product Designer on Fleets, you’ll tackle complex projects by collaborating across the team and applying expert craft and product thinking. What We’re Looking For

Proactive product partner — Fleets spans diverse, evolving areas requiring partnering with multiple teams; comfortable in complexity and driving next steps to keep teams moving. Systems thinker — Design scalable solutions across multiple surfaces (mobile, web, internal tools), balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. Cross-org collaborator — Co-owned Fleets products; proactively gather feedback and align between teams to move Fleets initiatives forward. Expert craft and thoughtful communicator — Consistently deliver high-quality work with strong structure and narrative. Experience

5+ years of experience in UX, UI, HCI-related field with mobile experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Proficient with interactive prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, Origami, Invision Studio, etc.) Excellence in design craft; ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Benefits
