Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage supplier relationships and improve efficiency. Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust demand plans proactively. Lead monthly demand planning reviews with cross-functional teams. Implement tools and strategies to improve forecasting accuracy and operational performance. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to senior management regarding inventory and demand planning metrics. Support the implementation of new systems or processes within the supply chain department. Profile / Qualifications
Background in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain within the FMCG industry, preferably Beauty. Proficiency in forecasting tools and inventory management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
