Global Total Rewards, Sr. Manager

you will design and manage competitive compensation programs that align with Platform Science’s business strategy and values. You’ll partner with leaders and the People Experience team across North America, LATAM, and Europe to ensure our programs drive a high-performance culture while supporting employee well-being and career growth. Serve as a strategic advisor

to People Experience (HR) partners and business leaders on global compensation and benefits strategy, including support for M&A integration. Partner cross-functionally to interpret and apply compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ensure compliance with global pay and benefits regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, transparency, retirement plan regulations etc.). Lead participation in global salary surveys, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay structures. Oversee global retirement programs (401(k), RRSP, pensions, and other regional plans) to ensure effectiveness and compliance. Design, update, and maintain global salary ranges, frameworks, and job architecture. Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, providing analysis and recommendations to business leaders. Conduct internal equity reviews and develop guidelines to support fairness and consistency. Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and updates. Lead the

long-term strategy for benefits programs , ensuring offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company values. Programs include health & welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, well-being, and education assistance. Evaluate vendor effectiveness, employee participation, cost structure, and market positioning; provide recommendations for enhancements to senior HR leadership and executive team. Ensure accurate and compliant administration of benefits programs and optimize systems to streamline enrollment and ongoing management. Represent Total Rewards in cross-functional projects, ensuring compensation and benefits perspectives are integrated into business initiatives. This individual will act as the point person for designing, developing, and rolling out a comprehensive total compensation system across the global team. Education and Experience

10+ years of global total rewards/compensation experience with a strong focus on program design and governance. Advanced analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Mercer, ADP, Radford). Strong knowledge of compensation methodologies, benchmarking tools, and market analysis. Strong command over Sales incentive programs

Past experience as an Accountant Certification Credentials

CCP, GRP, CECP, CSCP and CBP; Bachelors or MBA highly desired Experience working in a matrixed global team Demonstrated expertise in FLSA, pay equity, and transparency legislation. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; data modeling experience a plus. Strong project and program management skills with proven success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience working closely with CFO and other executives Experience creating board slides Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
