Overview IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for an EXPERIENCED Commercial Property Manager for our Dayton/Cincinnati Ohio client. This is a full-time position with salary range $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus annual bonus and medical/dental/vision/401k. Commercial Property Management experience and having a Real Estate license are required.

Manage day-to-day planning, supervision, and scheduling of commercial property management functions for an assigned portfolio of property investments and third-party assignments to achieve owners\' investment goals and objectives, and provide high level of customer service to clients. Work independently to meet deadlines; be detail oriented; exercise good judgment in day-to-day operations. Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other electronic communications tools. Develop written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism; support a high-profile environment; enforce company policies and customer service standards. Travel as required; valid driver\'s license required. Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities Proven administrative and management skills Ability to organize, plan, and multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to compose business letters, prepare reports, and assemble presentations Ability to maintain confidentiality Valid driver\'s license to travel to properties, meet with clients and vendors Tasks
Client Service: primary client communication contact for building issues; respond promptly; anticipate and solve concerns; develop client retention programs; communicate with clients about events/projects; follow up on service requests; visit clients to build relationships; monitor time spent on projects for profitability. Financial & Reporting: prepare operating expense budgets, forecast non-recurring expenses, prepare variance reports, manage CAM billings, invoice clients, revise budgets, maintain Owner communications, code invoices, coordinate with Asset Management on new/refinanced properties, prepare year-to-year variances and monthly accrual reports, plan annual association meetings. Quality Control: inspect buildings, identify repairs, coordinate outside service providers, create bid specs, administer preventive maintenance schedules, assist leasing, conduct property tours, supervise renovations, coordinate tenant fit-ups, maintain 24/7 availability for emergencies.
