About the Role: We are a small, dynamic team focused on building cloud-managed access control systems. Access Control is our second major product line, enabling users to manage doors, schedules, and user credentials from a laptop or phone. You’ll work alongside firmware, backend, and frontend engineers in a startup-within-a-startup environment with ownership and autonomy. What You’ll Do

7+ years of industry software engineering experience Mastery of JavaScript: scoping, closures, contexts, prototypes, classes, etc. Expert in React Strong architectural understanding of custom components, custom UI, and cross-browser support Eye for design, product details, and polish Understanding of HTTP and practical debugging techniques Working knowledge of at least one server-side framework and one database system Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week Culture and Values
