Develop and deploy machine learning models to detect fraud, model transaction risk, and improve credit underwriting. Analyze and monitor credit portfolios to minimize losses. Design experiments to evaluate the impact of data science solutions on user experience. Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business partners and executives. Proactively identify and address process pain points, providing sustainable and impactful solutions. We’d Love To Chat If You Have
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or the Physical Sciences. Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling using tools like Python and SQL. Understanding of a wide range of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, classification, regression, neural networks, anomaly detection) and their application to business problems. Ability to navigate ambiguity and guide projects toward clear, actionable business outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. The estimated salary range for this role is for the San Jose-based role. The role is eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid holidays and paid time off, and other company benefits.
