The Opportunity As a Solution Architect on the Implementations team, you will work with forward-thinking companies to gather requirements and design solutions that effectively manage customer business processes. You will contribute to the quality of our implementations and gain in-depth exposure to Salesforce. With strong attention to detail and a creative mindset, you will drive success by collaborating with a committed team focused on delivering value to customers and the world we live in. Responsibilities

Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live Gather requirements from customers and design software solutions based on complex business processes Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process using the latest Sitetracker product features Apply a solid understanding of database principles to create efficient solutions Organize multiple ongoing projects and troubleshoot issues with precise attention to detail Learn new tools and software and leverage them to develop thoughtful, analytical insights Analyze customer data and build reports/dashboards based on customer specifications Configure/develop Salesforce in a client-facing environment (preferred) Within 60 days, You will

Develop a foundational knowledge of the Sitetracker platform and the telecommunications industry Propose high-level solutions using Sitetracker to resolve customer challenges (strategic thinking; no need for full technical implementation) Lead a small business or corporate-level implementation with support from an experienced implementation lead Identify best practices, gap areas, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes Review large customer data sets with no assistance from teammates Utilize knowledge of Salesforce flows, workflow types, profiles vs. roles, report types, and relationship concepts Within 180 days, You will

Identify when scope creep occurs early in the implementation lifecycle and raise issues to the team Independently lead a corporate-level implementation Communicate messages effectively to customers Raise issues to the internal team when problems arise Within 365 days, You will

Design clean, efficient implementations with minimal rework and achieve positive go-live demos Lead an enterprise-level implementation with clear vision of requirements and solution Lead without ongoing support and influence the core product roadmap through customer feedback Seniority level
