About the Position
We’re seeking a variety of Engineers to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs (specifically highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects) delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. This includes Resident Engineers, Traction Power Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Communications Engineers, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers. You should have experience working on transit (specifically rail or bus rapid transit) or transportation (specifically, highways, roads or bridges) projects.
This posting is for future long-term, full-time, on-site positions located in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. If you’re not in the Bay Area but have the experience we’ve noted, apply anyway. We’ll talk about where you want to be located in our interview.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, etc.), construction management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 years’ experience in a relevant role on large-scale (>$500M) construction projects, which must include at least 5 years’ experience working on transit (specifically rail or bus) or transportation (specifically, highways, roads or bridges) projects.
Experience with industry standard project and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Bluebeam, RSMeans, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, etc.), construction management, or architecture.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architect Registration (AIA) in the state of CA.
Compensation The salary range listed for these roles is $120k-$197k/year ($57-$95/hour). Do not let our salary range deter you from applying. The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidate’s level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, the specific role being discussed, geographic location, etc.
