Participating and leading functional analysis interviews and documenting findings in report format. Reviewing benchmarking analyses. Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations. Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines. Interacting with clients on calls and meetings and through email. Attending professional conferences and assisting in the preparation of technical articles and publications. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of transfer pricing experience. Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related business field. CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD. Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Master’s in Economics, MBA, or LLM. Strong knowledge of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property. Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses). Experience conducting functional analyses interviews to identify and assess cross-border intercompany transactions. Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid economic analysis. Superior financial modeling skills with the ability to develop, maintain, and update complex models using current data. Ability to critically assess input data validity and stress test results. Experience identifying and addressing client needs, participating in client discussions, and managing engagements with concise, accurate documentation. Experience as a team leader, including workload monitoring, providing feedback, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues. About EisnerAmper

Preferred Location: New York The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. NYC/CA salary range: 85,000 to 150,000.
