Circle is looking for an experienced Sr. Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and drive GTM strategy for Circle’s multichain infrastructure. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and works with a cross-functional team focused on this strategic platform pillar. Act as the subject matter expert for Circle’s multichain infrastructure, including ideal customer profile, industry segmentation, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and proof points that differentiate Circle in a complex, rapidly evolving market. Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies that span product launches, ecosystem engagement, and long-term growth initiatives. Partner with Product and Business Development to identify new market opportunities and influence product roadmap decisions. Lead cross-functional efforts to create and distribute high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product pages, case studies, and partner campaigns. Collaborate with developer relations, BD, and communications to drive awareness and engagement across ecosystem channels. What You’ll Bring To Circle

12+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields such as product, engineering, or business development. Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for complex, technical products. Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, stablecoins, and capital markets. Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and drive adoption. Clear, concise communication skills with an ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives. Highly self-directed and thrives in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS. Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors including relevant experience, skill set, and other business needs. Base Pay Range: $242,500 - 325,000.
