Runwise is looking for a

TERRITORY MANAGER

who will be responsible for growing company revenue in a major metropolitan area in the Midwest or Northeast. This candidate will serve as the CEO of their territory, doing everything from prospecting (personally and with business development support), running sales pitches, coordinating an in territory technician for pre sales inspections, partnering with marketing to build our brand presence, and managing key customer expansions. Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 7500+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year. As a

TERRITORY MANAGER

you will have the ability to manage your own time and pipeline, set priorities, meet monthly goals and work directly with our Co-Founder, Head of Sales and Chief Growth Officer on the most pressing initiatives within our rapidly scaling business. Responsibilities

Building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate Being ahead of the curve on all industry trends (local to your territory and otherwise) Consistently identifying new sales opportunities through in territory networking and customer referrals Managing a team around you (in field technicians and prospectors) towards optimal outcomes Constantly demonstrating first-class communication, pipeline management and customer service skills to develop long-lasting relationships with customers Helping to identify customer needs and communicate how company products and services may fulfill those needs Who you are

You have worked 5+ years as an AE, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager or equivalent quota carrying roles. You have a track record of beating targets. You ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry You are skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce You have outstanding negotiation, consulting, and customer facing sales skills You have strong analytical and problem solving skills Salary range: On Target Earnings of

$180,000 - $230,000

(Uncapped Commission) based on experience level What you believe
