AVO is seeking a strategic, versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a strong visual eye, who excels in turning ideas into compelling creative, and has excellent attention to detail. This role requires a holistic understanding of brand and marketing with the ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals. This designer will work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop a wide range of marketing and brand materials—including emails, promos, paid media, and organic social—while confidently owning projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks strategically, collaborates effectively, and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-impact work that drives results.

5+ years of experience in graphic design in brand, marketing, and campaign work B.A. or equivalent in the design field Proficiency in design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
