This is a high-impact role within a leading global investment bank, offering the opportunity to work on marquee transactions across the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector knowledge, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for client service. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of complex M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions across the real estate landscape. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including REITs, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and developers. Drive the development of pitch materials, financial models, and strategic analyses to support client decision-making. Collaborate with senior bankers to originate new business opportunities and expand client relationships. Manage and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Monitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting the real estate sector. Qualifications: 7-10 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on real estate transactions. Demonstrated track record of leading deal execution and managing client relationships. Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills; strong understanding of real estate capital structures and market dynamics. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain promptly).
