In this role, you will be a vital part of our sales team, helping us attract and assist customers from their first inquiry to their test drive. You\'ll help ensure our customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience while also helping the dealership grow. Responsibilities
Generating leads and appointments through social media and in-store campaigns. Building partnerships to create customer appointments and new leads. Encouraging customers to visit the dealership for test drives. Greet and direct customers as they arrive. Answering phone calls and responding to online inquiries. Assisting the sales team with paperwork and data entry. Maintaining an organized and clean showroom. Managing basic computer tasks, including using our customer relationship management (CRM) software. Qualifications
A friendly and positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, Microsoft Office, data entry). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
