Senior Experience Designer , you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team crafting user-centered digital solutions that empower individuals to take control of their health. Your expertise will directly impact millions, shaping their experience and access to vital resources. Be a driving force in creating meaningful change within the healthcare industry. This role offers the chance to collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to create seamless and intuitive digital experiences. You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design. Your work will contribute to a cohesive design system, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
Lead iterative discovery and solution processes, defining, designing, and delivering innovative solutions that address user needs.
Conduct user research, journey mapping, and create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
Develop high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring alignment with brand standards, UI guidelines, and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and accessibility specialists, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Champion user-centered design principles, advocating for user needs and ensuring a positive user experience.
Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in blended UX/UI design
Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating in Miro
A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and native app experiences
Experience leading iterative discovery and solution processes
Expert understanding of design systems and experience applying them in design work
Native application design experience (iOS and Android)
Experience designing accessible experiences
Nice-to-Haves
Proven experience in driving design from concept to launch
Awareness of native Material and iOS design guidelines
Experience working within an Agile approach
Understanding of component-based design
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography in UI design
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum)
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research
