Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product\'s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Establishes appropriate controls and governance to ensure stability of the end-customer’s experience and mitigate risk to the firm Partners effectively with functional partners and stakeholders to deliver solutions in a collaborative manner and identifies potential roadblocks and helps solve issues with appropriate transparency and timeliness Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Leverage and apply “platform thinking” to efficiently and sustainably address business problems for internal customers Conversant in common enterprise technology concepts and ability to work closely with partners in technology to refine requirements for technical platform solutions Strong problem solving skills and the ability to learn fast and effectively; structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience with business controls, regulatory compliance, or other risk management processes Experience with enterprise communications platforms and/or content management systems Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) About Us
