Process high-volume payroll accurately and timely
Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support month-end close
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Qualifications
5+ years of payroll experience, with high-volume processing required
Proficiency with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll system required
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
Experience preparing payroll journal entries and supporting reconciliations
Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines
