Brand Director , you will lead the development and execution of the brand marketing plan, guiding everything from product portfolio strategy to creative campaigns that spark consumer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring the brand to life across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints. A Day in the Life

Own and continuously refine the brand strategy and expression to align with evolving market dynamics. Lead, mentor, and inspire the brand marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Develop and implement annual brand marketing plans in partnership with cross-functional leaders. Oversee campaign strategy and program development with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Manage the brand’s product portfolio, including new product launches, strategic updates, and positioning. Ensure integrated marketing execution across digital channels, including social, influencer, SEM, paid media, website, and email. Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to create marketing elements that strengthen retail presence and consumer engagement. Partner with creative, digital, and experiential teams on campaigns, photo shoots, content creation, and events. The Impact You’ll Make

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and brand management. 5+ years of experience in the

consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry

strongly preferred. Strong command of marketing tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, social media, Nielsen, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results. A passionate, creative, and strategic thinker with a track record of building and growing brands.
