Your Missions Responsibilities Support and collaborate with the Territory Managers (TMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) at sales meetings, work visits, sales training, industry activities and conferences. Provide technical information and expertise in support of sales and marketing for both internal and external customers. Support the sales and sales leadership teams by exemplifying a proactive approach to technical resources. Create value and demand for the VSM team. Educate and empower the sales team using technical and marketing materials in support of the sales and marketing message; coach and engage to instill confidence. Partner with Marketing to assess drivers and barriers to product value proposition; provide technical input on initiatives and materials; review marketing materials for technical accuracy as needed. Collaborate with Veterinary Services Leadership to manage industry relationships (KOLs, influencers, shelters, universities, professional associations) and maintain Ceva in a positive light; support the Ceva customer experience. Respond to questions and provide information supporting Ceva products to end-users (veterinarians, retailers, pet owners); stay current on emerging animal diseases and pharmaceuticals. Manage expenses effectively to support operational profit.
