Overview
UX Designer, Amazon Health at Amazon. Amazon Health is looking for a UX Designer to help shape results-driven work that inspires, motivates and educates our audience in the healthcare space. You will be a key part of a multifaceted Design team to bring our brand to life and help people find and engage with healthcare offerings to get and stay healthy. Responsibilities
Design user experiences from research and strategy to prototyping and testing. Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points. Create detailed user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical feasibility. Advocate for a user-centered design approach and the needs of users. Stay up-to-date with UX trends, best practices, and design tools; apply innovative solutions to complex design problems. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall UX of products and services through ongoing user feedback and performance analysis. Communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Have an online portfolio or samples demonstrating experience creating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices. 4+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience. Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design processes; solid UX principles and techniques. Experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs. Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture, and design. Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Curiosity to gain inspiration beyond the screen; through conversations and varied experiences. Experience delivering UX solutions for projects of medium scope and complexity. Ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and qualitative data to shape product decisions and measure impact. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Fluent in using Figma and prototyping tools. About The Team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year to $184,000/year, depending on location and experience.
