Our mission is supported by our relationship with Jefferson Health, a leading academic medical center in the U.S., dedicated to collecting and analyzing valuable real-world data and developing educational initiatives with a focus on patient outcomes and quality of life. Jefferson Health is our Academic Clinical Research Center partner for vertically integrated operations under development in Pennsylvania. Position Summary/Objective We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador to represent Ethos\' brands and promote our products and values. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating positive brand experiences, educating consumers, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty within the MA cannabis community. Additional duties include supporting MA wholesale team. Responsibilities Act as the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values and mission. Display a deep understanding of our products, their benefits, and their uses to effectively educate patients. Support the sales team in the field through activities such as pop-ups, dispensary visits, industry events, and administrative and data entry functions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, budtenders, and industry professionals to increase brand visibility and product recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations across the team. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns. Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and other community and industry events to expand brand reach and network with professionals. Provide post-dispensary and event recap to MA Sales Team & Sales Coordinator. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience with Ethos, and preferred industry exposure with MA buyers/budtenders. In-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and emerging industry trends. Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties. Capabilities and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Persuasiveness, objection-handling, negotiation, and strategic thinking. Highly approachable and friendly personality. Punctuality and excellent time-management skills. Passionate about cannabis advocacy, education, and responsible use. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate events and promotional activities. Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state and local cannabis regulations. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment. Other Requirements Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible. Must pass stringent state background test requirements. Candidate must live in the South Shore Boston area. Compensation This position is classified as Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.
