Overview
IMC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Market Data Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage critical aspects of market data operations, from exchange reporting and invoice reconciliation to policy tracking and rights management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to collaborate across legal, technology, and vendor teams to drive efficiency and value.
Your Core Responsibilities
Manage exchange entitlement reporting
Own market data invoice reconciliation process
Track exchange policy updates and maintain internal dashboard
Maintain real-time data and rights management catalogue and partner with technology teams to drive automation
Lead data use case due diligence initiatives, identifying savings and optimization opportunities
Working closely with Head of Market Data, manage select data provider relationships
Conduct data sourcing initiatives and, in collaboration with Legal, manage contracting process
Your Skills and Experience
Minimum two years’ experience managing market data at a buy- or sell-side firm or at an exchange
Experience reviewing agreements and understanding of commercial terms
Highly organized self-starter
Strong analytical capabilities; ability to synthesize and distill large quantities of data to extract spend trends and insights
Familiarity with market data management systems / inventory tools
Proficiency in Python or other programming language(s) (preferred)

Compensation The base salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance. Salary Range: $90,000 — $120,000 USD.
